Some also have a retrieve login username form you enter you email in. If they have one, use that.

If you still can control your web hosting then you can check database of your website and change password and email there.
If your website has "reset password" feature then it is more easier to get your username and password back by using this feature.

Did you loose your cpanel/hosting_panel login?

- Contact your hosting provider, they will match your mail with the account and reset password.
- Some hosting providers have auto login to cpanel, from Hosting Panel. Login and reset.
- Check if you have saved FTP credentials somewhere in FTP client
- Check mail, when hosting account was provisioned. Use the username, to reset your password.
