How do I see who unfollowed me on Twitter?

Is there a tool or way to find out people that I followed but did not follow me back on Twitter? 5 years ago I used a free tool but now I could not remember about it, does anyone give me a suggestion?

Use Circleboom, first Log in to the dashboard & go to the menu. Select "Not following back," & you will get a list of all the Twitter accounts, that you follow but they don't.
Or there is also another tool Tweepi.
You can also use these it is also helpful but no longer effective.

No, both are paid but not so much expensive.
You can only see your only present, not history, who is following you or not.

So, the first step that must be done, you must first log in to the Twitter account that is used via a web browser.
Then, a new tab and go to the site fllwrs. Then, on the initial screen, click on the words "See your Twitter follower history".
After that, click "Authorize App" to connect the site to your Twitter account.
Wait a moment, then click "start tracking my followers" and you can see who unfollowed your account.
By linking your Twitter account to the site, you will be notified if an account unfollows you.
