Strange request to ask, first off I agree with the rest of the responses to this thread. Arin has entered the FINAL stage of IPv4 Depletion and it is expected that there will be no more available for assignment late this year. What this means for providers is a scramble to acquire IP space, and eventually the full integration of IPv6 technologies. As such, it's difficult enough as-is to provide customers on a Shared Hosting account with even 1 IP Address without proper justification for said IP (none of which include SEO, SSL or "Just Because"). If you do find someone that is handing out IP space like candy, it is probably dirty and you should think twice before utilizing it.
*PLUS* the average hosting account is only capable of *1* Dedicated IP Address anyways, so unless you're looking for a Dedicated Server you should re-consider your requirements.
