I earned $20k, 3 months ago just by creating sites for B&B and small hotels which had old and outdated sites... call them or visited them with tablet and sold them the sites. I sold over 60% of created sites (without calling them and asking do they need it - I rather showed first what I have and persuaded them to buy). I made 30 sites (1 - 2 / day) for first month and after that I spent 20 days going and promoting that to owners.
