Flash banners vs. GIF banners vs. Static banners?

Which one do you prefer for banner ads on a website?

Flash banners or GIF banners or Static banners? please share your thoughts.

I would like to apply for buying banner ads campaigns on other sites ;)

I prefer GIF banners, just because not everyone has faster internet connections. I do like flash for my personal sites, but I try to keep them as 'non-flashy' as possible for quality and load times. But that's just me, I'll bet others are opposite of me...:friends:
