What you think of my Q&A website?

I started a Q&A website couple months ago from scratch, the website doesn't get much attention (unfortunately) traffic is around 80-90 sessions daily.
The Bounce rate is so high (for google organic sessions only). the website is a Programmers Q&A Website. but for now didn't get much questions, answers nor comments from viewers. i suspect it can be a design issue or something.
so please review it and tell me what is wrong with it, Why doesn't have much success yet?

About your Q&A website, layout looks good and fully responsive design. You should move your logo to top banner and make top header menu like a thing easy to find. I thought it was menu from my web browser hence I didn't pay attention on it.

Of course it has, i only focus on Organic Traffic here is the traffic stats:
1. 90% traffic is Organic.
1.a. 94% (out of that 90%) is from google.
1.b. 4-5%: from Bing.
1.c. the rest from others.
2. 1.32% traffic is social media (i have all kind of social accounts but i don't focus on them as of the type of the website is not really suitable for social media).
3. the rest is Direct and Unknown sources.

I really like this site.
Very clean looking and responsive.

I like the layout also, well organised. not cluttered with ads.
One small thing and it's just my oersonal thing but i would have a bigger logo and maybe drop the menu to below the main search function.

i've read a lot of such Q&A sites in my time.
1 - Personally i'd say that the grassy featured picture is inssufficiently geeky (just my personal oppinion) - it doesn't say ''tech site''.
2 - try adding related posts links to the bottom of each Q&A to try to decrease the bounce rate
3 - i'm not sure tags really do any good for seo, but since you have them try adding more long-tail tags
4 - we (the users) preffer known Q&A sites since popularity suggests accuracy and reliability. Try mentioning your site on college forums and FB groups.
5 - perhaps a more conspicuous loggin/register button would be benefficial - on my screen the current banner is easy for me to miss/ignore

6 - perhaps make a few featured tutorials to get more exposure on google (it's just a thought)

Chancer has some good suggestions here. Try one and see if that helps.
It's not important for your website to have a low bounce rate - some websites have high bounce rates and do just fine. What you may think about doing is making sure answers are posted quickly by dedicated people you know in IT (programmers). This will solidify your site as a "one stop" source for answers on technical programming matters.

If it takes 3 days to get a simple answer, do you think anyone will want to return ?

Apart from this "service" aspect, you have a simple enough interface that 1. I know what the site is about 2. I know what actions I can take: ask/answer questions

The good thing about your site is, your domain is memorable. This will be rewarding in the long run - you should start to see anywhere from 10-20% return visitors straight to your domain because of its short, easy to spell url.

Very nice. Easy and fast to load. I like how if the questions are solved, you have them marked this way. Makes it easy to tell what all needs answered yet.
