I read that on average the CTR on a tweet is 1.64% Is this really worth it?

The time spent to get upto 50k followers just to receive 200 clicks on a link doesnt seem worth it...

Am I missing something?
I think it is. I have a following on one of my profiles of about 80k and my personal about 23k. I make sales all the time with my Twitter. But I would say that the CTR is pretty accurate. 1-3% are good numbers in my book. Much better then 0%. At 200 clicks, you should be extremely targeted and have a solid conversion rate.

Also don't forget Google is now indexing your tweets. So the more you tweet the better your chances are of gaining followers and conversions from the Google SE.

I have started using Mass Planner to build by twitter following. In a few days I have gone from 25 to close to 300 followers. Already, with just a small amount I am starting to receive daily traffic from Twitter. Hopefully when I get to 10k followers, ill be getting 100 visits per day from twitter.

Not sure how long it will take to get to 10k followers though.

I prefer to gain twitter followers with natural ways. Buying fiverr gigs doesn't works at all as you only get fake followers.

I currently have around 400 followers. I am getting around 6 visits a day from twitter. Does this sound about right with just 400 followers? This would mean roughly 750 visits per day with 50K followers?
