Is blogging like writing for a eBook or much easier?

Are you a blogger and do you agree that doing blogging like writing for a eBook or much easier?

Any comments?

Blogging should always be easier. If you are writing an eBook then you will need more content/writing than an average blog post. An eBook should take more research writing, unless you are going to write eBooks that only have a couple or pages which some people do. People will expect more from an eBook than with a blog post in most cases.

I've seen eBooks that were just blog posts that they had packaged and are calling eBooks.

I actually think it's the opposite.

Blogging done right can be SO much more work. With an ebook you write it and your pretty much done.

With blogging, you write a post, then you need to promote it, comment on other blogs, network, get comments, reply to comments, get it social shared, reply to social shares. Just more to it.

One can take the easy way with blogging and just write posts, with little to no comments, but that sure won't grow a blog. Plus a blog without comments is like a ghost town.

Course, just my opinion.

If we are talking about writing, blogging is much more easier. But when it comes to marketing and promoting, blogging may require much more efforts (including technical issues).
