I would need a VPS or Dedicated server, managed, premium support, WHM/Cpanel.*

To host 1 main site, but that because of its nature (let's say Balkan politics) might get under attack once in a while. Location needs to be in Europe.*

A few GB diskspace will be sufficient.*

Reliability, fast, premium support and experience with security are key.

Any recommendations?

With that budget you should be able to find a managed dedicated server providing your hardware requirements are not too high, maybe have a look at offers from providers in Germany and NL, should be cheaper than in the UK for instance.
