Yes, we have designed themes for all these platforms.To make these themes compatible to browsers we need to work upon CSS.

I haven't I use themeforest for all my themes all though I would love to be able to make one of my own I don't have those skills yet. I love seeing other people work and how much effort they put in to it. Most authors work is amazing however there are those that aren't th best.

Yes..It is quite simple to create the themes using wordpress which i normally do..And i found this is one of the best method for creating our own themes.
