Looking for $5 Top-Level Domains

Hi all!
Is there anywhere to buy TLDs for just $5 (at least first year)? Don't tell me about that Godaddy promotional code again! It won't allow to pay with PayPal. I can just pay with PayPal.

I don't know of any other really good specials.

http://www.1and1.com/cheap-domain-names has some deals. I am not recommending them, however, just sharing that have some offers.

I'm not sure which registrars take Paypal for payment, but you can check domcomp for the lowest current prices for the TLD that you are looking for and see who has the lowest prices. Then check them to see who takes Paypal.

I know that Namecheap and Namesilo accept Paypal.
