When do Dofollow Links start working?

I have create some do-follow links for my site from webs 2.0 and PBN, I want to know when they start working and affect to my site rankings in google results. Does any one tell me about this.

Please search for similar threads before you post a new one. There is no defined answer for this question, one might take only 1 day, another might take even 4 weeks or more depending on several factors.

You don't know that. Just because a link has been indexed, how do you know it is "working"? Sure, it likely means Google is aware of the link. They never said that the instant they find a new link that it is incorporated into the ranking algorithm. It might be right away. It might be weeks after they find the link.
