I was thinking of indexing a few .txt files to keep the files in a place, so I can keep them organized, but are there key things relative to the content that would help it contribute to relevant SERPs?
Address for partial citations, micro-data (even though it won't parse), RAW URLs that are not hyperlinks, or maybe a way to embed meta data like a PDF, or JPEG....
Because very recently I believe I was hit with a ransomware, most of my data files look like what you see attached. I am hopeful by not deleting them, a way to decode them might come along?
