Dear Friends,

I've successfully spoof my Sony Experia Mac Address but while going to see under settings->About Phone->Status->Wifi MAC address
it shows my originnal MAC address. But while checking on Terminal Emulator, it shows updated MAC.

And while changing the MAC address, it updates but after restart the phone, the original MAC is showing.
What is wrong I'm doing, please let me know.

Thanks in Advance!!

Mark, the reason for this is because the MAC is being emulated in RAM instead of loaded from ROM at boot-time. It is a common error with spoofers. In Windows and Linux you can permanently change your MAC address by changing the registries. You will have to root your phone before you go any further.
