Where can I find the list of sources to buy web traffic that converts?

Also how come the traffic gets more expensive the more I should purchase? Wouldn't it be the other way round?

Or should I go with "free-traffic"!

No such thing as free traffic. Free traffic still costs you time.

Of course no one can guarantee conversions, depends on your offer/salespage. Would be nice though.

Look for them. They're found in a simple google search. A convertible traffic is based on the confidence of it's source.
