If I install CPM ad provider into my blog posts, and if somebody clicks on that ad, will I get a bonus (more that for one impression) or not? If not, how do I determine if it would be better if I used CPM network or CPC network (other than using both and checking statistics)? What is your advice?

Every ad network I have used only pays the CPM rate. They don't pay extra for clicks on the ads. Now if they don't get enough clicks and are paying you CPM, most will convert you to CPC or cancel your account.

Check with each ad network you plan on using for the exact payment terms they use.

You need a lot of impressions to make the cpm networks worth using.

ppc networks can be valuable, even if you can only generate 100 clicks.

target your audience, use relevant ads (if you have any control over it), and experiment with different locations on your site to see what placement delivers the best value.
