Can I build a site like Quora or buy a CMS like it?

I like the way Quora site is working and it's a good platform for users hence I wanted to build a same site. Does it have an existed CMS or theme out there which I can buy by $$$$? or can I build a site like Quora on the WordPress cms?

I looked through the source of the index page setup. It is very minimized so that makes it a little more difficult to determine a framework, but looking at it quickly it appears that it is a custom CMS. With some very interesting JavaScript that performs most of the search functions.

Looking at the pages it would not be hard to design the site, it is pretty simplistic, the tricky part would be the database configurations and searches that could get tricky.

I did not get to take a close look at this script. But at first glance it may do what you want. Take a look at it closely and maybe see if you can find anyone using it [URLnf="http://www.clonescripts.com/script/askme-pro-script/"]here[/URLnf].
