How do I create a website like Facebook?

I am just curious on how to create a website like Facebook using existed platform like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal or building a custom script to make a same one?

I'm assuming you are not a programmer. So your best options are:

1. Pay a programmer to create one for you.
2. Buy a FB clone script and have it installed.

I'd like to add on what Rob said for #1. It should actually say:

1. "Pay a programmer a lot of money to create one for you.

It took thousands of man-hours and millions of dollars to make Facebook what it is today. It is more than just scripting, but also marketing, psychology, and legal. It is an extremely involved task.

But by all means go for it if you want to. Don't let us discourage you, just make sure you count of the cost before you build the tower.

Are you referring to the overall structure and framework of Facebook? If you do, I hope you understand that it's either gonna eat up lots and lots of your time or you'll have to burn loads and loads money to have some people do it all for you.
