This is a conditional statement used in an OOP (Object Orientated Programming) environment creating a new Coffee object.

This could be any programming language as OOP and conditionals are used in all good programming languages. OOP, classes and methods are used in all modern languages.

The entire short script is a parity for a programmers coffee mug.

Agree with Mike lol... Its a cool mug and for non programmers I would hope that its pretty simple to understand... If you have the desire to learn programming then go for it and come back and ask us for a serious programming question ;-)

What a cute code block. I think it's OOP programming and it's Javascript, isn't it?

This looks like a simple if-then argument for any Object Orientated Programming language!
