You'll need to focus on pulling your traffic to a "buy now" or other form of call to action. Drawing traffic down the page isn't always an easy thing to do, but once you tweak your pages to do this, it will pull in a good amount of sales
Try using enticing text and images that pull the user down your page to a call to action. Using flashing arrows to pull someone down the page won't work well because it will just make your website look tacky and out dated. Try using images in areas of text for when people get done reading the paragraph they will see the top of an image and scroll down to see what it is. They scroll down and see more text and then keep reading. Eventually they will click through your call to action and purchase if you're lucky
You can do this on third party websites and aim the hyperlink at your sales page. Plenty of webmasters do this and make a killing.
