What are the SEO differences between Google and Bing?

I learned SEO techniques on this forum for a long time but I could not clarify what are the difference between SEO for Bing and SEO for Google. I could get good keyword rankings with Google but not for Bing or vice versa. What are the reasons? How to SEO for a keyword that get ranked high on Bing? it is more difficult than Google?
