How much should one be charged for SEO?
How much for SEM campaign?

SEO standard pricing varies from country to country. I could give you a rough estimate to our usual rates here, but there is also a possibility that these rates will be higher/lower rates in your area. So my best advice is to follow what @Rob Whisonant said and determine the usual pricing given by your competitors and adjust your services to accommodate these rates with the possibility of providing better offers to your clients/customers...
