What are some CPA networks that accept newbies?

I have seen some posts around the web that say that CPA affiliates can earn well. I am new to CPA's so I don't know which CPA network would be a good start and what kind of requirements to get accepted are needed to be met.

What are some CPA networks that accept newbies?
