Anyone know how to promote dating offers?

I was reading that the dating niche can be very profitable and I have had a couple people tell me that I should try it out. The thing is that I wouldn't know where to start promoting these types of things. Does anyone know how to promote dating offers?

I was thinking that the social media sites would probably be the best choice but I really don't know if they are good for that or not. :think:

I'm going to tell you a super top secret that you have to swear not to ever tell anyone.

Become your target market!

Let me explain with a Facebook example. Start doing searches on Facebook for dating, how to get a date, online dating etc. Join several dating groups. Now the magic happens.

Start noticing what ads Facebook starts displaying to you. Click through them and see what the competition is doing. Then start reverse engineering the ones you see over and over.

Now mimic what they are doing. Just do it better.

Now, remember that you have been sworn to secrecy not to divulge the above information.

You can buy traffic from different networks, I personally run a few offers (dating and others) on AdMaven popunder traffic because they give me great targeting options and they have like half a billion impressions a day but in general you have many networks like it that you can test and run your offers.

You can go about it different way but what Rob said is the easiest way to see what others are doing without them even knowing about it.

Are we talking about hosting your own dating site? Maybe go for something niche selective as well like one race, religion, or lifestyle.

They wouldn't be anything like that but more along the lines of affiliate promotions and offers.

A viral video would help you a lot. If you could somehow manage to create a funny and unique video for your dating services - you could get YUGE. But that requires a lot of practice with video editing software and, of course, some decent budget for promoting video. But that is still an option.

Be very careful about chat traffic. Most dating sites do not allow chat traffic. Always confirm with them if they allow it or not.

I don't know what is allowed or not but what about some singles groups on Facebook? You probably can't directly promote them but maybe find a round about way to do it.

As mentioned, getting something to go viral could be good. I have seen some other sites in this niche have a gif, video, or meme boost their traffic substantially.

Use the big sites like Facebook, Twitter, Vine, Youtube, ect. You want to decide on what to use in terms of it being a video, gif, or image and then post on one of the top sites.

I agree with you, using social networks will be a great source for dating offers. A plus one for this is, using ads on forums with high traffic will increase efficiency too.

Hey mate, if your looking to go the paid rout then i would recommend you try out adxpansion.com they specialise in adult and dating traffic, i've had some good results with them in the past.

otherwise if your looking to promote dating offers using Free traffic then i would recommend setting up a x rated tumblr blog+fb-page+adult video sharing websites, i had an interesting method i tuaght to a few friends a while back about using tumblr/etc for adult cpa offers and they were making some good money...But paid traffic will always be King when your talking about speed of traffic&results!

Does paid traffic cover the expenses and net a profit? I would rather have free traffic but if paid traffic generated money easier and there was enough profit to make it worth while then that would work.

FB Ads used to be great for it, and you can still do it, but that it is in the realm of blackhat . Anyways, you can also use Google (organic traffic) to drive visitors to your offers, but of course, it will take more time. You should give Bing Ads a try.

I’m very interested in how you are going to make money on this? By the way, I recently discovered one new and cool application and it helped me find the love of my life. The fact is that a couple of years ago I realized that I was gay and I could not find a partner for myself. Recently, I came across a site for gay application.
