The home page seems a little busy for my liking and isn't as clean as I usually like but that's pretty much just a preference thing. I did notice that many of the images in the blog, case studies, news sections at the bottom of the home page were not clean looking images and looked pixelated.
Some people might see the low quality images as a sign of the quality of work so it could cost you some sales.
I also noticed what the member above said about the amount of links in the footer. It does seem a bit much but if you have a need for them all to be there then I understand.
The only thing that I would really look into changing for sure are the images in order to make the site look more clean and of quality.
