i am listing some general on-site SEO checklist that i think should not be go unchecked correct me or add the ones i have missed??

1. Friendly URL
2. Keyword in title
3. Keyword in meta-description but user friendly
4. Keyword in headings
5. Using sementic keywords in the posts rather then stuffing
6. Internal links
7. Alt tags
8. Use of multimedia

Yes, all the factors are very important as you have mentioned above. But unique content is also very important as a ranking factor and your title & description should be also unique. Don't copy from other website.

URL Structure
Body Tags (H1, H2, H3, H4, etc.)
Keyword Density
Image SEO
Internal Linking
Robot.txt file
Sitemap file

Just something to add to the unique content/no KW stuffing points:

Optimise for the user, not just search engine!

Yes, all the factors are very important as you have mentioned above. But unique content is also very important as a ranking factor and your title & description should be also unique. Don't copy from other website.

Not really true. Just a couple of weeks ago someone from Screaming Frog posted Google's SEO guide on their site and outranked Google for the term "search engine optimization". They outranked Google using Google's own content just to prove that you do not need unique content like everyone erroneously keeps harping about.

If you need more proof that unique content is not necessary, I don't know what to tell you.

By reading all above answers and your list, I want to add snippets. In Modern seo-time, it contains huge wattage. So, it is most important to having it on board.

What about load time? Mobile Friendly issue? Index issue? https?

Load time, unless it is ridiculously slow to the point of timing out or almost timing out, is not a ranking factor.

Mobile friendly... I have yet to see it negatively impact a site's rankings by not being mobile friendly.

Index issue? What index issue.

HTTPS... have not seen a site benefit from using HTTPS yet.

Robots.txt on your site is just for controlling spiders which sections they should crawl or not.
It doesn't have benefits for SEO, you can leave it as default settings with just 2 lines
