Hreflang tag

I'm new to international marketing

I have successfully implemented hreflang tag in header.

In webmaster tool its showing :

26 Hreflang Tags

0 Hreflang Tags with Errors

i just gave two hreflang tag for English and Swedish

But how come 26 hreflang tag

could please anyone clear my doubt the count of 26 hreflang tag screen shot attached below

Hi there, I cannot find any attachment here.

If it is 2, it will be only two. However you see 26 tags right? in what languages are those tags appear?

Maybe for internal pages, the number is increasing. Maybe hreflang tag added for all internal pages and that's why the tool is showing the total result.
