It needs a logo and also a lot of ads and pictures would help out also. Secondly, there seems to be a load of information on the websites so there are no problems in that regard. Thirdly, the load time seems decent on my computer, but that's only cause there are no logos and images. However, if you did add those things, you'd have to balance them out so the load time doesn't become too extreme. Finally, the navigation is excellent and ranks together with your information as being top-notch.

Looks like from 90' to be honest... there is no design or layout concept. There are plenty of free WP themes which will make your site looking better.
