Maxbounty earning?

I saw more people signed up with Maxbounty but not sure how much could they earn from it?
Has any one tried and got good results with this CPA network?

I have been itching to hear a first hand experience from someone who has worked with maxbounty? Is it possible to earn from that site? what is the easiest means to earn and how can I start immediately? I heard that it is also difficult to get approved as an affiliate working with them if you don't have a website, is it true? A candid advise on some other affiliate sites to work with will be very appreciated.

I hope you don't mind if I ask what is CPA network? I never heard about Maxbounty. Is everyone in the world can join in Maxbounty? I am still looking for other online job. I went to upwork but they suspend my account because I was never get hired and I am lack of skills.
