I bought content from writers on freelancers sites in the past but to be honest their content was low quality and I had to leave freelancer sites to find another solutions such forums or recommendations from friends.

It can be hit and miss with some freelance site to buy content writers as explained above sometimes you may get low quality content, if you are able to see samples before purchasing gives better chance of better content, I have also found in past that if you share the same interest as someone in a similar community website you might be able to do a trade in return for content.

Sometimes if you have a friend who is good at writing may help reduce costs too.
