First time with SMM

Hi everyone,

I had my online interview yesterday. I told the client that it is my first time in doing SMM (Social Media Marketing). He told me to do a research on what SMMs do. Can you guys give me info on where I can get softwares or tools I can use for the job? I am a bit nervous and I honestly don't know what to do. :dontknow:

Well, I am honestly a bit surprised that you've decided to offer your SMM services to other people without first doing the basic research and finding the most commonly used tools. It is probably best to do that and then try to find clients

Anyway, the most common SMM tools and software are:

There are hundred more tools like these but which is the best depends on you. Some are better for doing certain tasks, some are heavily focused on specific social media platform and so on.
