What is POGO STICKING this is when someone visits your site and get back to search page and goes for another result, withing 5 seconds, this is bad and can tarnish the image of your site on search engines, because so many users are online and they are so many platform online, that needs to be ranked in your place but you are they getting pogo sticked...
Why google hate POGO STICKS on a site or blog,
They do this because they believe that you don't offer users what they want that's why they pogo stick your site and leave withing some seconds,
And the way Google works, If your site keeps on getting pogo sticks on it that means one day your site will be penalized for that which is too bad and you know the consequences, you may be removed from where you rank to a lower ranking,...
What are the causes of pogo sticking on your site,
1. Less quality content, writing what doesn't satisfy users and what they need
2. Your content is not related to your topic, that's a very bad problem in the internet, this can spoil your sites reputations and making users not visiting your site for informations, because they know that it is not worth reading,
3. Creating a thread like "5 ways to make your day" and when it is clicked on a user will be seeing a content of only 1 paragraph without any useful information about what he/she came to your site to look for ,
Looking into all this problems you will see that this is too bad and it will then lead to Google panda where your site will then loss its rank, to other sites that worth being they, and such people will still come to forums likes this to lay complaints that their site is losing its ranks...
Then different answers will be coming since the person didn't even specify to us what really happened..
