I am really struggling right now with making clickable links. I have tried to do so, but when I do, it shows just what I type in after using the formula. For example, I am trying to put on a site if you would like to see examples of my work, click here, in which case they would just click on the word here. However, every time that I review it, it is not working. Can someone show me an example of how to do this? I am not adding spaces between anything. Can someone please confirm if this is correct- <a href="PLACE LINK">WRITTEN TEXT</a> ?

Are you using straight HTML, Wordpress, posting on forums? etc... What are you trying to place links on?

The HTML code you posted above is correct.

The HTML structure is correct. You mean backlink on or mouse click on it does not return to the landing page. When clicking on a link does not return to the landing page is unreasonable.
