Full time out of the home job + an online income stream as well?

I'm curious as to how many of you juggle both an out of the home job and an online income stream from home as well. I'm looking at ways to increase my overall wealth and I think these days you've got to hustle with as many different income streams as you can manage. For those of you currently doing both, do you have any tips? How much time does your out of the home job take, and how much time do you dedicate to your online stuff from home?

Also - which ends up being the better earner for you?
