I want to know what Is Redirected Traffic? and does it help SEO? Does anyone help me to make this question clear?

Exactly it is redirected through another page or an existed domain which already got good traffic but its traffic is related to main site or not. Does that affect to SEO?

I think you have some wrong idea about traffic. Because If your website Traffic increases day by day. Then your website visitor will be increased. That's why Increased your website rank.

Visitors do not increase your search engine rankings. Google doesn't even know how many visitors most pages on the internet get.

The traffic don't seem to affect your SEO rankings!
But if this traffic share, interact,.. with the post at your site, it will help your site ranking a little!
But in my opinion, Backlink is the most important factor in SEO!
And your backlink is quality when it satisfy the required conditions:
1) Relevance
2) Authority
And the first factor is more important!
