Morning to all!
Did not know in which section this topic belonged, so apologies in advance if Website Design isnt the right one.
I am a shopowner and I am tired of stupid and unreliable clients not paying their bills on time. As my colleagues are telling me the same I am planning to set up an online database where shopowners/entrepreneurs can report their unreliable clients (just to warn others). So I have an idea of a page where you can register and after you submit a form with the name of the client, phonenumber and reason why you dont like him. I am not a programmer in any way, so are there any themes or plugins available where a scheme like this is already set up?
