Ranking a page in multiple countries

We had many keyword rankings in various countries in Google. As you can see in the screen capture, we have started loosing ranking for few countries.





Can anyone help us to identify the reason behind this?

Also, we are not getting rank (In Google Search) for countries (Except USA). How can we get such listing?

Also, I noticed for the page which does not get rank in multiple countries has:

 lang="en-US"

set. Does this mean this page is targeted for US audience only?

It means that in those countries your competitors are doing well than you. Check your competitors backlinks and build your link profile stronger than them.

For: lang="en-US" does this mean, I am targeting the US people only? And if I change it to lang="en", will it make any difference? and specially will it have any impact of current US traffic?

No, Your keywords were ranking previously as well with lang="en-US". You are loosing ranking as your competitors are creating quality backlinks than you. You must create backlinks in local websites of that country also relevant to your niche.

Your website need content and promoted in the targeted country where you want to get high ranking Google in that country.

It is just telling Google that your site language is in English.
