Is email marketing useful to boost my business?

I want to know about bulk email marketing. Is it useful for my online business.

Impossible to say without knowing what business you are in. Also, if you mean just scraping emails from the web and spamming people, that can destroy your business.

If you mean running a proper opt-in email marketing campaign, that could help your business if your target market is online and uses email.

Sure, I can sure that most of us receive a lot marketing emails everyday.
It means they're still using email marketing.

But I know that they're rarely to 'blind' spam, they often build an opted-in list and start sending emails, followup emails.... base on their created list.

If you mean boost your business by making more sales then Yes absolutely, assuming they check their emails regularly. Almost every mentor I have that make multi million dollars online says email is not dead and still works very well. You just need to be authentic, have the right offer infront of the right people and it can be a great tool to turn on mass sales when you want to.
