What do you guys think are the best 3 characteristics of a good ecommerce website?

REcently, i had a really productive debate with a co-developer. And our back-and-forth convo centered around the best 3 characteristics an ecommerce website should have.. we agree on some, and somewhat agree to disagree on others.
One of the characteristic we agree is fast page load speed..
If you have to pick 3 characteristics a good ecommerce website should have, what could it be?

That actually makes sense.. no one is gonna buy from a website that looks like no one can trust..

I agreed with @Rob, you need to build trust first if you want to build an ecommerce website with more buyers.

1. Quality (of website and its product)
2. Trust (brand should showcase information that builds visitors trust)
3. User-friendliness of the website (the funnel should be easy to get through for a user)
