I can't create Flickr account. How can I do that?

Actually I cannot sign up for a Flickr Account. How can I do that?

What reasons why I could not create an account? Any help?

After sign up, when I confirm my account by Gmail. They send me an error.

I had to face the same problem. when I create an account on Flickr it hasn't any problem but when I confirm our account then they SMS us an error.
