In my opinion I would choose Samsung Galaxy Note 2 over Nokia Lumia 920 due to the following reasons:

And there are many other advantageous feature of Samsung Galaxy Note 2 over Nokia Lumia 920.

So, I would definitely choose Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

I would choose the same as Pramod, Samsung Galaxy is an incredible smartphone with incredible features like 2GB RAM, A quad core processor and comparatively better battery backup.

Go with Samsung galaxy note If i have this kind of confusion i simply close my eyes and have galaxy note

Galaxy Note 2 is the best choice to go with. Nokia Lumia 920 is great phone with best hardware but operating system of the phone is not great as Android.
