You can use paid ads so people will see your offer. Use platforms like facebook, google or bing ads to advertise but you cannot directly promote your affiliate links on their ads you need to have a landing page redirecting to your offer.

If you go to free method you can write a blog about how to lose weight and recommend your solution there.
