Arcade games emulators.

We can make this about html emulators as i was running sites with 5000+ games (ArcadeChain) but i wanted to ask about various gaming emulators. Perhaps others can steer me into bang for buck.
I purchased an android based machine super x console pro 50k games and thought what about pc and raspberry card V4 and a couple of o/s systems for that. I have anther 90k games for v3 raspberry and not sure if will work on a v4. Figure i should to build a various boot pc run a bunch of windows 98 nt 10 and linux android to make a master machine each for different emulation any nerds done this?

I installed launchbox havent subscribed to big box but understand how cool it is thinking bigger more choices what would be ultimate system as plan to include it.
Eg launchbox runs on various os windows 10 etc and older 98 etc. Should you stick to 98 for os i have it on 10.
Raspberry runs 98 as windows based is it best on nt ce?
Then the pc run as pc but though launchbox to make it load one spot.
Any tips please?

I just sold an arcade cabinet from my games room I built that was running MAME on an old XP comp. I used an X-Arcade controller unit and it was awesome

I just bought a pi 4 but plan on trying a few things out over windows machines I am considering building a cabinet to put it all in but might build it all in one case havent decided what i want to achieve as yet i have loads of stuff to try out.
