If you want your business to get results from its website, it’s obviously important to drive traffic to the site. However, what’s actually even more important than driving traffic is converting the people who visit your site into leads or customers. If no one who comes to your site is submitting their contact information or making a purchase, the amount of visitors you receive is irrelevant. While it would be great if visitors simply came to your site and took your desired action within the first few seconds of arriving, that’s generally not how things end up working out.
