What is the First Step to have Good SEO?

Hi everyone,

After keywords research for my website then my first step for SEO is to do thorough social network, backlink buiding on do-follow forums or blogs with keywords that I got, some on-page SEO techniques I will apply when my site got a bit traffic for the first time.
what about you ? What is your first step to have Good SEO?

keywords should be in url, title tag, keywords tag, description tag, h1 h2 tags, anchor links tag, alt image tag, keywords should be in content, etc...
