Can you help me to figure out what is best own or rented server? Actually, I don't understand why to rent. In which cases it's the most benefit practice?

Well, if you own the server, make sure you buy a service contract with someone near the data center you plan to ship the server too. Or you will be driving to the data center to fix it each time it breaks. I have seen a lot of people buy a server and ship it to a data center. Then a month later the hard drive crashes and it takes them weeks to get the server repaired. They did not plan ahead well.

Renting is a lot cheaper unless you plan to have very larger server farms like Google, Bing, Amazon, etc...
