Suppose we have reseller cpanel hosting with dedicated IP address and reseller hosting have 10 cpanel accounts. How can we use that dedicated IP for all 10 cpanel accounts?

I know about shared IP and hosting but if there are shared server which have 500 accounts and one of reseller which have 10 accounts need dedicated IP to point his reseller so in that case how to use static ip for all reseller accounts?
