I saw my friends or customers using Gmail, yahoo or domain email for their Paypal id. But I want to know What email adress should I use for PayPal payments? and which is safe and effective ?

Please share your thoughts and why you chose it ?

if you want to be a professional name, use your domain name for paypal address, like paypal[at]yourdomain[dot]com or paypal[at]yourcompany[dot]com
