Does Instant Article Submission Improve Google Rankings?

I’m considering using instant article submission platforms to boost my website’s SEO. Do these submissions actually help improve Google rankings? Are there any specific platforms or techniques that work best, or should I focus on other backlinking strategies?

They used to have an impact years ago, but not so much anymore. If you can find a good one that isn't an article dump full of spam, then you might get some benefit, but personally I avoid them now.

It's more effective in the long run to get just a few good quality, relevant backlinks, then to drop a lot of links to your site from spammy, low quality sources.
