What's your favourite forum software. It can be more than 1 or just 1 below is my opinion on some of the popular ones
Free:
PHPBB: I personally like this software for a free site it's light weight, tons of add on's and great themes. It's also integrates with WordPress
Vanilla: If your just looking for a quick forum and not to worried about themes and add on's this is a great forum for you. It also integrates with WordPress allowing comment access as well as embedded in your WordPress Blog as a page so members don't have to leave your site.
MYBB: A stable forum software that is actively in development. This offers tons of Add on's and themes both free and paid. MyBB is great for a start out forum it can later be transferred to IPB, vBulletin even xenForo
